How does the 14-day free trial work?
When you sign up, you automatically get full Pro access for 14 days. No credit card required. At the end of the trial, you can choose a plan or continue with limited free access.
What counts towards the email limit?
Each incoming email that is classified by Salience counts as one email. Emails that arrive outside of active workflows are not counted.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is my email data secure?
Absolutely. Salience uses secure OAuth for Gmail access and encrypts all stored credentials. We never store the full content of your emails — only the metadata needed for classification.
What is local-first AI classification?
Salience runs AI classification on a local model first for speed and privacy. If the local model is unavailable, it automatically falls back to a cloud model. You can configure your preference per account.
Do you support email providers other than Gmail?
We support Gmail and Microsoft Outlook with full push notification integration for both providers.
